• Must be willing to work Onsite in New Manila QC
• Good Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer’s customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Answering customer queries whether it be pre-sales, technical or after sales support.
• Gather first-hand information from customers to improve products and services.
• Understand the products that we’re selling and provide correct recommendations to customers and close out the sale.
• Be technically capable to discuss the specifications, use cases and troubleshooting of our products to customers to answer and questions they may have or resolve their concern.
