Sales Coordinator / Administration

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling customer's enquiry, processing of orders, and delivery arrangements.
  • Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain good customer business relationship
  • Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations in the timely manner.
  • Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals
  • Provide general sales administrative duties.
  • Generate purchase orders to principals and ensure that the orders are fulfilled withing the committed lead time.
  • Support sales in administrative areas to develop new customers as well as to manage existing accounts.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Degree in related field
  • 3 years working experience
  • Possess a positive work attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented person, strong analysis skill and problem-solving skill
  • Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
