Purchasing Executive

Job Descriptions:-

• Perform the whole spectrum of purchasing/sourcing functions for a competitive price.
• Drive cost reduction activities.
• Preparing purchase orders & other internal documents as required.
• Able to handle shipping elements & import-export documentation.
• Ensure all purchases are completed in a timely manner.
• To perform the additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Word & Excel.
• 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Proficient in oral and written skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
• Highly responsible and committed.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Initiative, able to work in a team, willing to learn and work independently.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
