  • Manage and execute general office admin operation.
  • Delivering world-class service to our customers via FB & IG DMs, Email, Whatsapp, Shopee and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinating partnership appointments and managing company projects.
  • Manage and execute website and marketplace website operation
  • Update Monthly Sales and Analytic Reports
  • Assist in Photo & Video Shoots, Events, Online Classes and other marketing activities
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Accounting operations for LIVLOLA
  • Responsible for research on productivity apps that help with overall company operation workflow
  • Assist in other departments whenever needed



  • Excellent communication skills
  • High EQ
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
