> Bachelor's Degree holder

> Must have 5-10 years relevant work experience

> With experience in handling all facets of Human Resources, with strong focus on Recruitment, Labor & Employee Relations

> Must have handled end-to-end RECRUITMENT for a Financial/Banking Institution

> With excellent people management skills

• Provide staff with contracts and relevant new starter paperwork.
• Deliver and monitor a service to internal customers.
