■Responsibility:
• Interpret and translate documents or email from Japanese or Malay to English or vice-versa;
• Act as a bridge communicator between clients and Japanese consultant; and between internal staffs (local and Japanese);
• To prepare research report pertaining to various local Malaysian business information for Japanese clients;
• To liaise with government officials to ensure compliance with changes pertaining to visa & license application;
• Accompanying Japanese clients to the bank or local government offices;
• Other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
■Working Style:
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
■MUST TO HAVE:
• Good in Malay, English and Japanese language in writing and speaking. Especially must possess high level Japanese language in speaking and writing [preferable candidate graduated from a Japan university or passed the JLPT N1/N2];
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to learn different aspects of the position;
• Quick learner with excellent problem solving abilities.
• Fresh graduate with business/ account/ Tax background applicable
■PREFER TO HAVE:
• Minimum 2 years working experiences;
• Experienced working in Japanese company and liaising with Japanese clients;
• Background in accounting
