• Handling phone calls from inquiries and concerns.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

• Monitoring emails and ensuring that no ignored emails.

• Performing general office clerk duties and other clerical works

• Arrange the client’s needs regarding the applicant’s requirements

• Talk to clients via email to understand their concerns

• Provide suggestions and recommendations to clients

• Assist clients in applicant interview and assessment

• Explain to the applicant’s the need of the customer
