  • Provide administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative task.
  • Preparation of all HR work related matters
  • Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
  • Managing new hire documentation to be processed
  • Performing ad hoc updates as and when required


  • At least Diploma or degree in related field
  • 3 to 5 year working experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office – Excel
  • Highly discipline and positive attitude.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang
