Customer Service Officer
Job Requirements :
Handling calls regarding general & complicated issues from customers.
Manage calls / email and etc from customers.
Review assigned cases and reply promtply to customers within targeted timeline
Managing ad-hoc adminstration, also communicating and coordinating with internal department when required
Job Requirements :
At least Diploma or Degree in the related field.
1 to 2 years working experience
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Good attitude, motivate and responsible
