Job Requirements :

• Handling calls regarding general & complicated issues from customers.

• Manage calls / email and etc from customers.

• Review assigned cases and reply promtply to customers within targeted timeline

• Managing ad-hoc adminstration, also communicating and coordinating with internal department when required

Job Requirements :

• At least Diploma or Degree in the related field.

• 1 to 2 years working experience

• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

• Possess a problem-solving mindset

• Good attitude, motivate and responsible

• Willing to work at Setia Alam, Shah Alam
