Description:

Ensure harmonious and healthy relationships with the clients.
Coordination between the client and the company’s operations for all transactions.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys regularly - quarterly/annually.
Client Contract Monitoring
Documentation/Reports requested by the Client are submitted within 3 days from request day.
Ensure that all internal documentations are filed properly in line with the procedure and backed-up digitally.
High comprehensive ability in dealing with different contracts to ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met satisfactorily.
Support the Sales department in any internal concerns they may have.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office/ Gsuite technology.

Flexible, fast learner, self-motivated and results-oriented, can work under pressure.
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with customer service/ relations experience.
With Driver’s License is a plus
