Why this role exists
There are millions of people needing your help! Work remotely as a freelance virtual assistant, where most of your time will be spent on communicating with the customers of Magic, providing high-end services and finding creative solutions to get them what they want. You are in complete control of your schedule, and work freely wherever you want!
The impact you’ll make:
A customer will ask you for a particular task that they need to be done. As a freelance Magic virtual assistant, (we call them Cloudies!) you will be on your computer, at home, and will receive the task via an instant message. You will primarily be responsible for answering the customers by determining what the customer is asking for and figure out how to provide it to them. The customer could ask for a variety of things: food delivery, doing research, all the way to scheduling appointments with executives. You will have enormous flexibility on how you will complete the task, but if you need help, we will provide it.
There will be a 2 week unpaid training for this role, wherein we will teach you how to be an efficient Cloudie! After training, we continue to provide support whenever you need help with your tasks.
