Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions :

  • Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares contracts for leads inquires.

  • Handles all incoming & outgoing correspondence of supervising Sales Managers.

  • Responsible on day to day Sales & General Administrative Tasks.

  • Attend to customer inquiries.

  • Need to travel in Klang Valley if required.

  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with Customers.

Job Requirements :

  • At least a Diploma or Degree or equivalent.

  • 2 years working experience and 1 year as Sales

  • Good in computer skills

  • Possess own transport

  • Willing to travel

  • Willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor
