Description:

Job Description

  • Provide appropriate consultation to students for products and services within the group
  • Provide guidance and assist international students during the application
  • Assist in programme registration
  • Monitor the academic progress of students
  • Manage all students' issues and resolve all enquiries effectively
  • Coordinate and assist in activities for promoting the programme
  • Organise or facilitate events and workshops

General Requirement:

  • Possess a good command of English and Mandarin. Strong written skills in English and Mandarin are highly preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and adept at decision-making
  • Attentive to details and well organized
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Education / Psychology / Arts / Medicine / Computer Science or its related field of studies
  • At least 1 years of academic experiences in related subjects or relevant to the field of studies.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Highly confident to approach students/stakeholders in a positive and professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactively identify and respond to the needs of students
