Managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. Great leadership and organizational skills. Keen to evaluate and execute cost effective strategies and measure based on project plans. Project management and supervision skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Handled Government projects (i.e. DPWH, LGU, DOH).
• Road concreting and vertical construction i.e. Multipurpose Buildings.
• With experience in finishing works e.g. Residential.
• With working experience in the related field is required.
• License of professional engineer.
