Job Descriptions :

Assist in preparing the tender documents, contract, bill of quantities and budget.
To source subcontractor and material quotation.
To assist the Project Manager in overall QS Operation of projects assigned
To perform site measurement and site valuation (client and subcontractor).
To evaluate the prepare the progress claim (Client and subcontractor).
To prepare variation order.
To prepare monthly progress claim reports
Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated from time to time

Job Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience.
Strong analytical, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Full time position available.
Willing to work at Puchong, Selangor
