Elevator Maintenance Staff or TL Bacolod city

We need the following number of Staff:

BACOLOD x 1 KEY FUNCTIONS:

· Performing Prevent Maintenance Service for Elevator and Escalator

· Performing Troubleshooting and Repair work for Elevator and Escalator

· Performing Replacement parts work

· Making Service Report

· Deliver necessary document to a client

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Following the company rules and Fujitec’s standard safety rules

· Trying to improve own knowledge and skill

· Performing Prevent Maintenance service under the supervision of Area manager/department manager

· Performing Troubleshooting and repair work under the supervision of Area manager/department manager

· Performing Replacement parts work under the supervision of Area manager/department manager

· Making service report for a client on time

· Explaining the status of EV/ESC, what were performed in PMS and our suggestion(if any) to a client

· Negotiating/discussing a issue with a client under the supervision of Area manager/department manager

· Corresponding Emergency call back while you are assigned as standby staff by shifting.

· Reporting the result of your work to immediate superior

· Delivering a necessary document such as service invoice, contract, delivery slip and so on

· Managing your tools and keeping them be clean

Work experience with competition is an advantage

Requirements:

University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering major.

Preferred Requirement:

Experience as maintenance staff in a competitor company

Salary budget (Php/month):

Entry: 14,000-16,000

Staff member:

16,000-19,000

Team Leader:

20,000-25,000 (may vary depending on experience/prospects)

1 for BACOLOD (New Office) , – will stay in Iloilo or Manila first for training until the office will open in Bacolod
