SCANNING OPERATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shrink Wrap EBN, Packing, Labelling, Set up data, Scanning, Print & Label Bar Code
MAJOR TASK:
1. Arrange daily packing work including delegating task in the department to ensure delivery on time.
2. Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock of all packing materials for production needs
3. Receive and set up information correctly for scanning
4. To identify and sort out/reject any non-conform finished EBN for further action by the QC.
5. To be responsible for the finished EBN on transfer from one point to another within the premises while the EBN is under the care of the Packing Team Leader.
6. To supervise the transfer of the packed finished EBN to the forwarder’s pick up transporter.
7. Maintain good housekeeping and to shut down computers and the scanning room at the end of the day.
TANGGUNGJAWAB:
Kecilkan Balut EBN, Pembungkusan, Pelabelan, Sediakan data, Pengimbasan, Cetak & Label Kod Bar
TUGASAN UTAMA:
1. Mengatur kerja-kerja pembungkusan harian termasuk mengagihkan tugas di jabatan untuk memastikan penghantaran tepat pada masanya.
2. Pantau inventori untuk memastikan stok semua bahan pembungkusan mencukupi untuk keperluan pengeluaran
3. Terima dan sediakan maklumat dengan betul untuk imbasan
4. Untuk mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan/menolak mana-mana EBN siap yang tidak mematuhi untuk tindakan selanjutnya oleh QC.
5. Bertanggungjawab ke atas EBN yang telah siap apabila dipindahkan dari satu titik ke satu tempat lain di dalam premis semasa EBN berada di bawah jagaan Ketua Pasukan Pembungkusan.
6. Untuk mengawasi pemindahan EBN siap yang dibungkus kepada pengangkut pengambilan penghantar.
7. Mengekalkan pengemasan yang baik dan menutup komputer dan bilik imbasan pada penghujung hari.
