Your Key Responsibilities
Delight customers with great service. Do this through many channels. Ensure a good and memorable experience.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
Needed Qualifications
Must have 1 year of customer-facing/customer service experience (BPO/Non BPO).
Must complete 2 years of tertiary or college education (with no back subjects).
Must have at least 25 Mbps of wired internet connection.
