Customer Service Representative - La Union WFH

Your Key Responsibilities

• Delight customers with great service. Do this through many channels. Ensure a good and memorable experience.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Needed Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of customer-facing/customer service experience (BPO/Non BPO).

• Must complete 2 years of tertiary or college education (with no back subjects).

• Must have at least 25 Mbps of wired internet connection.
