Qualifications:

Bachelor in Computer engineering or computer science
5+ years of experience in Call Center Management
2+ years of experience in Project Management
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI and Excel
Can provide business analytics dashboards and presentations to customers
Own the whole escalation process from beginning to end, making sure that the resolution is delivered
Certified in Lean or Six Sigma
