JERA is a JV of an Electric Power company in Japan. The history of the Company is still new but the capital is 50 billion USD and the employee is over 5,000.

JERA Co., Inc. (“JERA”) has decided to acquire approximately 27% of the outstanding shares of Aboitiz Power Corporation (“Aboitiz Power”), a major power utility in the Philippines, for approximately 1,580 MUSD and has today executed a share purchase agreement with Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. and Aboitiz & Company. Completion of the Transaction, subject to necessary approvals, will further enhance JERA's presence in the Philippines’ energy sector. Working in conjunction with Aboitiz Power, JERA hopes to significantly advance the expansion of clean and renewable energy in the country.

JERA started the collaboration with Aboitz and they will send several engineers from Japan and Singapore. they set up a Representative office to support these engineers.
1st employee is the Office Manager but it is not so a complicated job because it is a Representative office and they will outsource several jobs. This is a start-up Company but they have contracted services with an Accounting office in the Philippines for TAX and Financial matters.

JERA Singapore officers also will support setting up in the Philippines and they will use the common template of the company handbook/contract as well

1. Preparation of work rules and company regulations
2. Compile attendance and request payroll for accounting agencies
3. Order office equipment from vendors
4. Compile and report financial reports to support the Accounting agency (no sales activity since this is a representative office)
5. Proceed with processing company applications or information to Government agencies like SSS and others.
6.  Prepare and report monthly reports to Singapore and Japan

1. Experience in administration work (Prefer general office administration and Accounting)
2. Must be able to process invoices at a minimum.
3. No need to have Japanese language skills but should be interested in Japanese culture/work ethic.
4. Can commute to BGC
5. Can speak fluent English (Communicate well with the Singapore office)

Interviews will be conducted by the President and a Singapore HR representative.
The schedule is to start sourcing after April 3 and endorse candidates after April 10, with interviews available after April 17.
