Description:
  • The Human Resources and Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resource plans and programs are realized.
  • Leading Recruitment Activities: HR Manager coordinates all stages of the hiring process including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews and on boarding of new employees. HR also oversee background checks and ensure that all pre-employment requirements and clearances are validated. Job descriptions of each positions are likewise maintained and updated.
  • Manage Employee and Labor Relations. HR Manager addresses employee conflicts and complete investigation as required. Works with the management to administer employee discipline or corrective actions when needed. Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze and improve problematic areas. Ensures that all employee and labor relations documents, rules and circulars are labor compliance.
  • Benefits and Payroll Management. HR Manager prepares payroll report from attendance generation to accurate timekeeping. Ensures that salaries and employee benefits are efficiently computed, taxes are duly deducted and government mandated benefits are timely remitted. Assess benefits needs and trends and recommends benefit programs to the management.
  • Records Management.HR Manager maintains a comprehensive record of all employees and keeps it updated. Ensures proper safekeeping of all confidential documents, company registration files, permits, government mandated benefits, insurances, HR policies and others.
  • HR Organizational Development. HR Manager maintains and enhances the organizations policies, procedures, approaches and action programs. Introduces new systems that will strengthen its control and services to the workforce. Works closely with the management in the proper and timely implementation of enforced systems and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement and Training & Development. HR Manager makes certain that employee engagements programs are done regularly. Leads in the creation of employee activities that boost productivity, enhances company culture, increase customer satisfaction and retain the best people. Facilitates in designing training needs that strengthen technical and behavioral skills that employee needs to improve to attain professional and personal growth.
  • Performance Management. HR Manager maintains effective performance systems in the organization. Makes certain that management sets acceptable performance standards, sets employee objectives and expected behavior. Observes timely performance rating of all employees, retrieve performance evaluation data and file accordingly.
  • Administration Management. HR Manager plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. Ensures prompt purchase of office supplies and other office necessities. Oversees facilities services and maintenance. Maintains petty cash fund.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any behavioral related courses.
  • With proven experience in all facets of Human Resource of not less than five (5) years. With above average communication skills (written and oral)
  • Possesses satisfactory decision making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal and ethical conduct skills
  • Extensive Knowledge in Labor Code
  • Must be people oriented and highly flexible
