Answering inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, such as product inquiries, billing questions, and technical problems.
Managing and updating customer accounts and records in the company's database.
Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers when appropriate.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's products, services, and policies.
Following established scripts and procedures to handle customer interactions effectively.
Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or supervisory staff when necessary.
Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate through different software applications.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
No BPO experience required, as training will be provided.
