PH REGISTERED NURSE

We are looking for candidates with (Hospital/Clinical Experience) working experience in our (PHRN Account).

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, or healthcare professionals regarding medical issues, treatments, medications, and other health-related concerns.
• Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice to assess the caller's symptoms, complaints, and health history, and provide appropriate advice, triage, or referral.
• Document all interactions, including patient information, symptoms, assessments, recommendations, and outcomes, according to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Follow established protocols, guidelines, and decision trees to guide the assessment and management of callers, and escalate complex or urgent cases to higher-level providers or emergency services as necessary.
• Use technology platforms and software systems to access patient records, medication databases, medical guidelines, and other resources that support clinical decision-making and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Philippine Registered Nurse
• Should be located in Taguig, Manila or Alabang
• No BPO Experience Required
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated
