Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential buildings.
Coordinating building maintenance and repairs with outside contractors
Maintaining inventory of office supplies on hand and ordering more when needed
Managing the building’s staff, including training, scheduling work shifts, and overseeing work performance
Preparing reports about building activity for senior management
Overseeing building security measures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors
Coordinating any construction or remodeling projects with architects, contractors, and other outside parties
Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork, evaluating applicants, and explaining policies.
Schedule showings of vacant units, advertise vacancies, and conduct tours.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Bachelor/College Degree in Property Management, Operation Management or equivalent.
With at least one year related experience
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
