Job Description & Responsibility 

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers and responding to their inquiries or concerns.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex or difficult issues to senior colleagues or managers as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and any relevant notes.
  • Processing orders, returns, or refunds, and providing customers with status updates as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales or Technical Support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management.
