A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives. Duties/Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from customers Addressing client questions or demands Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner You are a perfect candidate for this job if you: With at least 6 months Call Center Experience At least a College Graduate (Can consider High School Graduate depending on Call Center Experience Excellent Communication skills
