1 Responsible for timekeeping, monitoring of tardiness and absences of employees.
2 Process payroll, working with computation of employee wages and mandatory deductions
such as SSS, PHIC, Pag-Ibig and Withholding Tax.
3 Encoding of Overtime Pay incorporated to payroll
4 Crediting of Payroll to elected payroll bank partner
5 Maintaining of file of Payroll deductions. ( Loan Payments, Utilities and Other charges)
6 Ensure timely distribution of pay slips.
7 Encoding and Monitoring of Leave forms
8 Adding and Deletion of Employees in the HRIS-Touchlink
9 Responsible for processing of Final Pay of Resigned employees, routing clearance and quit claim
1 Adding and Deletion of employees with partner HMO provided and GPA (Group Personal Accident)
HMO - employees with 1 year tenure
GPA - employees with 3 months tenure
2 Maxicare E-ready for newly hired employees (part of Pre-Employment Kit)
