HR & Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

  • Monitor & update HR record such as employee personal file, organisation chart, annual leave & sick leave record and etc.

  • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as EPF, Socso and Income Tax

  • Assist in handling maintenance of office equipment

  • Any other job assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements :

  • At least Diploma or Degree in HRM or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years working experience.

  • Good in computer literate

  • Independent, good communication skills and fast learner

  • Fast learner, attention details & able to multi-tasks

  • Full Time position available

  • Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
