1.       JOB OBJECTIVES

Responsible for preparing sales invoices, delivery receipts and authority slip for pick-up and delivery transactions, manual and system (Acumatica)

2.       KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Preparing of Sales Invoice or Delivery Receipts for pick-up or delivery transactions.
2. Routing of documents (Invoice and delivery receipts) for signing of 3 (three) signatories.
3. Prepare Outgoing Summary Report every day for all documents forward to warehouse.
4. Filing of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, Authority Slip and Order Sheet.
5. To do jobs that may assigned from time to time.
6. Preparing of Sales Invoice in Acumatica System.
7. Preparing/Creating Credit Memo (Acumatica System).
