Main Role/JD: Expertise in Employee Labor Management ( People Management Skills)

Experience in handling employee separation/termination, employee grievances.

High skilled and with strong experience to handling Employee separation/ Termination/Discipline and Grievances

What we are looking for/strong points:

1) Verbal and written communication skills.

2) Experience in all activities/procedures for branch/company closure.

3) At least five (5) years experience in handling employee labor management.

Skills in decision-making, and analytical thinking.

4) College graduate of any related course.
