Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding.

  • Maintain employees and HR-related files.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Manage payroll process.

  • Conduct the recruitment process and strategy.

  • Develop & update job specification and description.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields

  • Male

  • Have minimum of 1 years experience in administrative roles

  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be an advantage.

  • Have an understanding about K3

  • Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and good judgement skills.
