Front Office -Receptionist- 5 headcounts

Location: Kuala Lumpur

 Salary: RM2,000 to RM2,500 + Allowances ( Full Time)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Inform clients about  new services and discounts
  • Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g through informative brochures and gif cards)
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Manage our call-centre
  • Maintain a tidy reception area

Job Requirements:

 

  • At least SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years working experience
  • Have strong writing and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • With or without experience
  • Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur
