QA QC assistant supervisor

Job description

Assist the QC Supervisor with the implementation and sustainability of the quality programs, activities, policies, and standards to promote customer satisfaction.

Sustain the quality standard of the organization.

Preparing and implementing quality control policies and procedures in coordination with the QA team.

Execute effective planning of QC inspections.

Execute manpower allocation in the QC inspection process and Gemba manning.

Evaluate existing controls, processes, and quality inspection for continuous improvement.

Evaluate quality control performance and ensure the QCQA team achieves its goals and targets.

Identifying and resolving process issues that might affect the quality of the products and services.

Ensuring that quality standards and safety regulations are observed.

Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

Documenting quality assurance activities and programs.

Plans and formulate continuous training and development of members to enhance competency.

Making recommendations for improvement.

Coordinates with the production team for performance efficiency.

At least 5 years of work Experience as a QA QC supervisor

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is every other week) Time 7:00-16:00
