Description:
  • Ensure harmonious and healthy relationships with the clients.
  • Coordination between the client and the company’s operations for all transactions.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys regularly - quarterly/annually.
  • Client Contract Monitoring
  • Documentation/Reports requested by the Client are submitted within 3 days from request day.
  • Ensure that all internal documentations are filed properly in line with the procedure and backed-up digitally.
  • High comprehensive ability in dealing with different contracts to ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met satisfactorily.
  • Support the Sales department in any internal concerns they may have.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office/ Gsuite technology.

  • Has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong and dynamic personality
  • Competitive yet humble enough to take in constructive criticisms.
  • Flexible, fast learner, self-motivated and results-oriented, can work under pressure.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with customer service/ relations experience.
  • With Driver’s License is a plus
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
