Role and Responsibilities
Directs and leads sales forecasting activities for the assigned market(s).
Meets with clients in the assigned market(s), maintains clients’ relationships, negotiates and closes deals.
Develops and increases sales revenues to meet assigned targets.
Updates Sales Report on a weekly basis showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Analyzes the markets and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the participants’ ecosystem.
Reviews market analysis to determine customers’ needs and price schedules.
Monitors and evaluates the activities, services and products of the competition.
Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS policy.
Abides by i engineering’s local legal and client requirements.
Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
10 years plus experience in telecom sales field.
5-7 years in a management position.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong sense of initiative and comfortable managing and working along with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of the sales ecosystem.
Ability to work from home.
BA in Business Administration or Sales.
Masters or equivalent is a plus.
