Sales Data Analyst

Duration: 1 year (Subject for extension depending on performance)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Math, Stats, Engineering, Accounting, and other related courses
• 2 years of data processing and analytics are preferred
• Must be very good with Excel (formula, Pivot tables/Charts, data cleanup and transformation, PowerPivot & Power Query)
• Knowledge of Office 365 such as SharePoint, Automate, Forms, and other cloud Apps
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI and SQL
• Good communication, interpersonal, and self-Management skill

Responsibilities:

• Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) from 9 sources of data and load into the Sales Data
• Management (SDM) software
• Manage SDM software and perform data validation
• Manage tables in SDM that includes account-territory mapping/sharing, territory Alignment, territory hierarchy, product hierarchy, time hierarchy, account hierarchy, Prices Assist sales and marketing colleagues use SDM reports properly
• Produce regular and adhoc reports and dashboards
• Compute KPI achievement for incentives, awards, contest, and recognition
