Act as the point-of-contact for certain vendors or representatives of external partners.
 Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
 Perform minor accounting duties and handle booking tasks.
 Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.
 Complete special projects, including creating presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports.
 Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs.
 Maintain accurate records and paper/electronic filing systems.
 Develop, recommend, implement, and drive initiatives to enhance office operations.
 Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time.
