Tech Support |IT Service Desk | Up to 45k

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from customers
• Responsible for providing technical support and assistance
• Solve computer problems related to software and hardware issues
• Resolves users problems with computer software and hardware
• Identify and diagnose issues and problems
• Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance

Qualifications:

• College Level with at least 2 yrs and 6 months of CSR/TSR experience
• College Graduate with at least 1 yr of CSR/TSR experience
• With Service Desk / Help Desk experience
• Willing to work onsite and graveyard shift
