Description:

Customer Service Executive 
- must have good English
- experience in marketing or similar role
- experience with customer service
- required understanding of how company culture and customers communicate
- develop messaging that attracts new customers. 
- Spends time speaking/emailing/messaging to customers, exploring and understanding our brand
- experience in marketing and social media management is an advantage
