Operation Executive – Property Company

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur / Genting Highlands - 2 headcounts

Salary: RM2,000 to RM2,500 (full-time)

Working hours: six days, the company provides apartment accommodation (free)

Extra : OT

Age: 18-35 years old

Responsibilities:

• Receive buyers, tenants, and agents, and provide directions and general assistance.
• Arrange and bring agents/buyers/tenants to view the property (To sell or rent)
• Assist in the compilation of monthly reports and ensure timely submission. (Ensure receive rental on time)
• Attend tribunal if required
• Liaise with property management, contractor and etc.

Requirements:

• At least SPM, Diploma or equivalent
• With or without experience
• Good attitude
• Motivated and responsible
• Good communication skills
