Description:

  Responsibilities:
• Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production,
service and profitability for the organisation.
• Contribute to training and development of the team
• Overall responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations,
professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines,
ISO certification, Halal, etc
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the factory
• Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the organisation
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities, including surveying and
measuring the operations, processes, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the
appropriate internal entities
• Developing plans for the factory’s progress, production improvement and general growth
• Support to all other units/departments with related issues
• Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage
performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are
met
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
• Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
• Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers
• Any other duties assigned by the management
 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industry is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to multitask.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.  

  Working hour: Monday – Saturday (8.00am – 5.00pm)
