Job Description

The Leadership Trainer will be responsible in training and content development activities that are in line with the organization's vision and mission. You will work with different teams to identify and address employee and organizational development needs.

  • Work with the leadership team to determine training and development needs of supervisors/managers
  • Assist in the content development, including training needs analysis, planning, designing, implementing and evaluating
  • Administer and delivers core leadership training initiatives
  • Partner with operational leaders to assess employees technical and leadership skills
  • Promote and inform employees about all Leadership Training program

Qualifications

  • With at least 2-4 years’ experience as a Leadership Development Trainer in a BPO set up
  • Bachelor's/College graduate or combined relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of the Learning and Development practice
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedure
