Customer Service Representative

We're looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join our team and manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and solve any problems that arise as a result of our customer-first business mentality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication abilities
• With at least one year of voice account experience in the BPO industry
• Must be available to work in a customer service centric account
• Must be available to work on-site
• Must be willing to work a night-shift and possibly a changing schedule.
• Amenable to work anywhere between Makati City, Mandaluyong City, and Pasig City
