Position: UOB Bank - Inbound Contact Centre (KL)
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur (Walking Distance to Train Station)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Staggered Working Hours in between 8AM to 9PM - 8 Hours Working with 1 Hour break)
Employment Type: Until 31/12/2022 (Renewable) (to be converted to Permanent staff based on Performance)
Intake Date: 6th September 2022
Basic Salary: From RM 2,200 - RM 2,500
Leading to become bank's permanent staff (based on performance)
Responsble to handle the incoming calls from customers and assist them on their inquiries on products and services.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
Min Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in call centre, handling inbound calls.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written is a must.
Ability to speak in other Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are encouraged to apply.
