Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer who is also the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer and the Data Privacy Officer (DPO)
Monitor internal and external regulatory updates
Perform compliance risk identification, assessment, advising on the identification of mitigation actions and support on the identification on potential remedial actions
Ensure the implementation of the Compliance Operating Model in line with the Compliance Management System Policy

Provide training and support on compliance related topics to staff and management in line with the Annual Plan.
Monitoring and Reporting, Testing and Assessment, and Training
Direct reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

A relevant degree in law or accounting or economics or engineering or risk management

With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in compliance or risk functions in the financial market (bank or insurance companies; insurance is preferred)
