Job Description

  • Receive inbound customer call inquiries; Outbound calls when necessary;
  • Analyze customer problems/Inquiry using the provided knowledge tools/system;
  • Analyze customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions;
  •  Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management
  • Document cases appropriately based on existing guidelines;
  •  Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customer situation;


  • Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills in English
  •  Knowledge and experience: 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Working practice: strong attention to details and accuracy, quality-conscious and results-driven
  • Can start  immediately
