- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Adept in handling all secretarial duties
- Experience in preparation of bidding documents, proposals, quotations and other sales documentation is an advantage
- Knowledge in using and monitoring Philgeps for any bid requirements/opportunities.
- Prepare necessary bid documents such as eligibility and technical requirements needed to complete bid and tender documents.
- Experience scheduling appointments/meetings, reports generation, correspondence, inventory and other sales admin tasks that is beneficial to the department's smooth workflow
- Good verbal and written communication skills is required
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Must have typing skills of 35-40 wpm
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Must be very keen on details
- Flexible and competent at multi-tasking
- Preferably a resident of Makati City or nearby areas.
- Can start asap and with ready requirements (NBI, COE etc.) is a plus
