- Revenue targets through sales and business development activities
- Development and execution of proposals for new business opportunities
- Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counselling sessions for their kids.
- Meeting the clients and consulting them for a better learning approach.
- Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free service.
- Identifying prospects and meeting new clients through campaigns.
- Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them
- Handling customer databases to ensure quality process flow from calling the lead till closing the deal.
- Logging conversations with clients on CRM software and maintaining databases properly.
- Coordination with other departments teams for striving customer expectations through the operation of a necessary report on a daily basis.
- Following hierarchy and maintaining the reporting structure of the organization.
- Development of content for Marketing communications
- Diploma in any fields
- 30 years old and below
- Good communication in English
- At least 6 months experience in Telemarketing
- Basic Salary RM 3,000
- Attendance Allowance RM 100
- Sales incentive can up to RM 1000/monthly
- Annual Leave, Medical Leave & Insurance

Working hour: Wednesday to Sunday (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Off days: Monday & Tuesday
