Responsibilities

 

  •  To oversee all matters related to Marketing Operations which includes orders processing and shipping. 
  •  To manage ongoing relationship with all export customers, working closely with their merchandising team to manage order fulfilments 
  •  To monitor sales performance and review sales forecast for each client and feedback to the management team 
  •  Actively gather market information and news related to market trends, furniture industry, competitors, as well as our customers. 
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for all staff in the department, as well as all other HR matters 
  •  Maintain proper documentation for ISO audits, as well as ISO and other factory audit compliance. 
  • Answering customer inquiries, scheduling remote meeting (when necessary), and following up with customers about their order status. 
  • To monitor incoming orders to fulfil capacity and production requirements, and work closely with delivery team 
  • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. 
  • To monitor buffer stocks and ensure stocks are replenished as well as control stocks level within the budget allocated 
  • To coordinate the pre-shipment inspection with customers' QC 
  •  Follow up with customers' payment status 
  •  To oversee and manage the relationship with shipping vendors as well as container loading sub-con 
  •  Ensure containers are booked in advanced and brought in on time to fulfil customers' shipment schedule 
  •  To ensure all shipping documents, such as CO, BL and Telex are checked for accuracy 
  • To assist in minimizing costs of haulage fees and all expenses related to shipping 
  •  To work with Purchasing team to coordinate shipping of materials imported from overseas. 
  •  Work with all departments head on improvement projects  

 

  Qualifications  

 

  • Open but preferred 5 years experience in related field 
  •  Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel 
  • Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
  • Working Hours : Monday – Thursday : 8.00am till 5.00p.m   Friday :8.00am till 5.30p.m
