Description:
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
  • Perform cash flow management
  • Monitor monthly cash flow and review collection and payment
  • Process and manage payments to vendors
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
  • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Process and record monthly invoices
  • Prepare monthly payments
  • Assist office operations
  • Update info into the database and document filing
  • Maintenance of records and filing systems
  • Provide secretarial services for office staff as needed Order supplies, coordinate mails and dispatch/courier services
  • Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required
  • Perform administrative duties such as arranging for contractors or suppliers to collect cheques and documents
  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently & with a team.
